Prenatal/Postnatal Training

For women who want to stay strong and healthy throughout their pregnancy while keeping themselves and their babies safe, reduce the risk and minimize symptoms of common pregnancy issues, and experience the smoothest recovery possible postpartum. We will focus on:

  • Safe strength training with suitable modifications for each trimester

  • Preparing the body for a healthy delivery

  • Reducing symptoms of pregnancy issues such as back pain, incontinence, and pelvic pain

  • Pelvic floor strengthening

  • Optimizing postpartum recovery, and reduce the risk of longer term pregnancy-related issues

  • Maximizing both prenatal and postnatal quality of life

  • Maintaining physical fitness and cardiovascular health

Medical clearance is required prior to any prenatal and postnatal training
